If you cannot find what you are looking for on our media page, please email tori@shakerstix.com and specify your request. Please include your name, the name of your media outlet, and your proposed area of coverage.

ENDORSEMENTS
We welcome request for professional, non-professional (up-and-coming) drummers as well as Educational facilities such as Universities and Music schools. Please fill out our Shakerstix™ contact form found here and choose “endorsement inquiry” under the dropdown menu on the contact form. Once we receive your request a representative from our artist relations team will email you our endorsement questionnaire. After completing the brief questionnaire someone from our artist relations team will contact you via email or phone regarding our decision based on the information you provide us. We will be more than happy to mail you the questionnaire if for some reason you cannot be contacted through email. Shakerstix™ policy is to send any potential endorsement information to a physical mailing address only (no P.O. Boxes accepted). Any unsolicited mail sent to us will not be returned. We value your privacy so any endorsement correspondence is kept completely confidential and will not be released or shared with any other company or person outside of your assigned artist relation contact.

EMPLOYMENT
At the present time Shakerstix™ is not taking requests for employment.

OUR PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
Shakerstix™ are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Additionally, egg shakers are guaranteed not to crack or break or fall off the stick under normal playing conditions. This warranty does not cover products damaged or broken due to normal wear and tear or improper use. We will repair any Shakerstix™ found to have a material or manufacturing defect. If an item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with an identical product. Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Please contact us via email at info@shakerstix.com or by phone at 805- 334-0442.

REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely delighted with your Shakerstix™ contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange a refund of the purchase price (excluding return shipping charges). Items must be in original condition (no scratches, dings or marks on the sticks) and with original packaging. Please email returns@shakerstix.com with a brief explanation of why you would like to return your Shakerstix™ and if the above criteria is met we will gladly accept the return.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is free on all U.S. domestic orders. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Packages are delivered in an average of 3-7 business days to any destination in the United States. The USPS does not guarantee delivery times for First-Class Mail. If you do not receive your order within the USPS timetable of delivery to your State or Country please email patti@shakerstix.com so that we may do our best to trace the shipment. If you wish to receive your order using an expedited service such as UPS or FedEx please choose that carrier on checkout in your shopping cart.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Our international customers have the option of choosing a desired delivery method when checking out with our shopping cart. While most international packages are delivered within 7-14 days, in rare instances, delays of up to 6 weeks have been experienced once the package has left the United States. We are not responsible if your package is delayed during shipping or held up in customs.

All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Shakerstix™ has no control over delays through customs, customs duties, import fees, and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. To provide safety and security for all online shoppers, international customers may be asked to fax a copy of their photo identification and both sides of their credit card before their order is processed.

LOST SHIPMENTS
All USPS mail shipments within the United States will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 20 business days per the USPS. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund. Please make sure the shipping address you use for your order is a safe and secure location. Packages that are stolen after delivery are not eligible for a refund. Please use P.O. Boxes with caution. Packages that are confirmed delivered to a P.O. Box are not eligible for a refund.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be assessed a 20% surcharge.

CONDITIONS:
1. You must allow enough time for the carrier to deliver your package. In the case of the USPS, it can take up to 10 business days to deliver your package. Please wait the required amount of time before notifying us of an undelivered package.

2. You must notify us by email if your package has not arrived, or if you received damaged merchandise.

3. Please don't file a false claim. If the carrier can provide confirmation that the package was delivered, we will not send a replacement.
